Growth and healing rarely happen in isolation. Saying “take care of yourself” can place the burden solely on one person, when real healing is built through relationships, community, and support. It happens where people gather: a warm place, honest conversation, and hands that help carry heavy things. This is where we meet. I work with adults, couples, BIPOC and other underserved communities, LGBTQ+, and neurodivergent folks (including ADHD and autism-spectrum concerns) to support their journey.
By centering the needs of those I serve, my approach is integrative and trauma-responsive. I bring expertise in EMDR for trauma processing, relational couples work (I’m a certified SYMBIS facilitator), parts work, and an insight-oriented approach that explores how past experiences shape current patterns. Together, we address challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship conflict, and everyday life stressors, collaboratively creating a plan that honors the mind-body connection and supports growth beyond the therapy room.
In session, I make space for creation and harmony of self — for the parts of you that need gentleness, the parts of you that need challenge, and the parts of you learning how to belong. I welcome openness and honesty, offering opportunities to practice new ways of being so that they can extend into life outside the room. Together, we’ll tend to the effects of these challenges, cultivate daily practices that support stability, and strengthen resilience.
This rests on three pillars that guide our work together:
A Safe Space: Connection and containment where you can be seen, share your story, and link to supports and community that help carry the load.
A Grace Space: Compassion and understanding — for the ways you’ve survived and the mistakes that come with being human; grace is given and received.
A Brave Space: A place to bring your most vulnerable parts, with my steady presence as you do the hard, brave work of healing.
I am deeply committed to uplifting communities by advocating for their needs while addressing the mental health impacts of stress and challenging life circumstances. Moving beyond trauma-informed care, I practice trauma-responsive care to foster healing, awareness, and an overall sense of well-being. If you’re looking for a therapist who values cultural humility, community-based healing, and practical, integrative care, I welcome the opportunity to work together.
I offer both in-person therapy in Fishtown and teletherapy.
I accept Aetna & Cigna Insurances.
