Our intention is to support our clients to feel empowered in choosing a therapist that is the best fit for them, both clinically and financially. We want you to go into your first therapy session feeling confident that you are in the right spot. For our clients that are new to therapy, have had a previous negative experience, or have been in therapy for years, we are here to help navigate the options with you.
So what happens during a Consult Call? Great Question! A member of our admin team will review your insurance, scheduling needs, clinical requests, and make sure we have options available for therapists to work with you at this time based on your needs. They will send you a link to complete our consents and paperwork in our secure client portal. Once the paperwork is submitted, the admin team will reach out to schedule an intake assessment for you. The intake assessment is with one of our clinically trained staff (not your therapist), they will assess for appropriate level of care, any potential referral needs, clinical needs, and help navigate our therapist options for best fit. At the end of the intake, you will be provided with therapist options and schedule your first therapy appointment. Our process is thorough, and we are confident that through this process we make sure you’re supported in receiving the care you’re seeking.
We accept Aetna, Cigna / Evernorth, Independence Blue Cross (IBX), Highmark, United / Optum, Imagine, and Quest Insurances.
We are a VCAP provider.
