My training as a Couple & Family Therapist allows me to think systemically with you about the ways the micro and the macro influence your life and relationships. At the same time, my intentions are to empower you in shifting some of those seemingly fixed narratives by leaning into both the parts of yourself playing a role in subsisting identified problematic dynamics and the parts longing for change.
I feel passionately about helping people of all backgrounds, being a consistent place of empathy and warmth, and operating as a motivator for growth and deeper understanding of self. In order to do this, I bring my whole, authentic self into the therapy room while maintaining professionalism and respect for clientele of all social locations. I intend for therapy to be a client-centered, collaborative process unique to whatever you bring to the room, and I look forward to the opportunity to explore that together.
