Arianna Nicrota
MFT | Masters in Family Therapy (In Supervision toward clinical licensure with Courtney Lott)
Hi, I'm Arianna! Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. Deciding to reach out for yourself, your relationship, or your family takes real courage. Whether you're navigating a difficult season or carrying experiences that have stayed with you for years, you don't have to sort through them alone.
I completed my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) at La Salle University. I'm specifically trained to work with the dynamics between people: couples, families, and the relational patterns that shape how we experience our lives. My approach draws on Internal Family Systems (IFS), Contextual Therapy, and somatic approaches, because I believe healing isn't just something that happens in our heads. It lives in our bodies, our patterns, and our relationships too. I aim to create a space where you feel understood and supported throughout our work together.
With couples and families, I support clients navigating communication challenges, conflict, rebuilding trust, and difficult relationship or family dynamics, always with an eye toward the larger patterns at play, not just what's happening for one person. For those carrying a history of emotional or physical abuse, our work can gently explore the impact of trauma, family history, and patterns that may extend across generations. I also work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions, as well as those looking to better understand themselves and their relationships.
I am available in person at our Fishtown office and offer telehealth throughout Pennsylvania. Feel free to reach out with any questions. I look forward to connecting soon!
I accept Aetna & Cigna insurances.
