In Supervision toward clinical licensure

Everyone deserves a space to feel heard and understood, somewhere they can be seen in their full complexity and supported in their growth. Life can feel isolating, especially when you're carrying pain, confusion, or patterns that no longer serve you. But we aren’t meant to do this alone. I believe that therapy offers a relationship where you don’t have to hold everything by yourself, where someone can bear witness to your challenges and walk alongside you as you navigate them. My goal is to offer that kind of space: steady, safe, and grounded in trust.

You might be overwhelmed by racing or intrusive thoughts, feeling disconnected from joy, or unsure of who you are. You may be navigating major life transitions, stuck in relational dynamics that feel familiar but painful, or carrying the weight of experiences you haven’t yet had space to process. If any of this resonates, you’re not alone and I’m here to support you.

I work with young adults, adults, and couples around a wide range of concerns including relationship challenges, identity exploration, grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and complex or developmental trauma. I hold particular interest in working with clients navigating C-PTSD, religious trauma, and emotional patterns rooted in early attachment wounds.

My approach is attachment-based and psychodynamic, meaning we’ll explore how your early experiences and relationships may still be shaping how you relate to yourself and others today. I believe that meaningful change begins with insight but is sustained through emotional presence, body awareness, and the co-regulation that develops within a strong therapeutic alliance. Sessions are collaborative and responsive to your needs in the moment. They may include deeper reflection, gentle challenges, or concrete tools, depending on what feels most helpful.

I take an eclectic and holistic approach, integrating Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and somatic therapy. I view wellness as multidimensional—our emotional, physical, relational, occupational, and environmental well-being are deeply interconnected and all deserve attention in the healing process.

Prior to joining River Wards Wellness Collective, I completed a graduate internship at a trauma-informed, attachment-based private practice where I worked with individuals and couples on concerns including mood and anxiety disorders, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive patterns, communication struggles, sexual and gender identity, addiction and recovery, family conflict, grief and loss, social anxiety, religious trauma, and complex trauma. I also facilitated group therapy focused on vicarious trauma and systemic oppression for staff at a local nonprofit.

As a queer clinician with a background in Intercultural Studies, I approach this work with a strong commitment to anti-oppressive, LGBTQ+ affirming, and multiculturally responsive care. Whatever brings you here, whether it be grief, growth, confusion, or change, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I would be honored to support you as you move toward a deeper sense of clarity, peace, and healing.

I accept Aetna, Cigna, & IBX insurances.

I am available for in-person sessions at the Society Hill & Northern Liberties location, as well as teletherapy.
