I believe meaningful growth can happen in an empathic relationship where we feel valued and safe to explore the complexities of our inner worlds, relationships, and past and present experiences. I offer an attuned and collaborative approach to support you as we deepen curiosity and care into areas where you find yourself seeking, struggling, or stuck. My practice is rooted in anti-oppression principles and relational & psychodynamic theories that understand the therapeutic relationship as a central place of healing, empowerment, and change. At times, I work with people to explore connections between their history and their experience of the therapeutic exchange, in service of enriching one’s relationships—including with parts of oneself that may be difficult to know and accept. With compassion and a nonjudgmental stance, I strive to honor evolving ways of knowing, experiencing, and becoming as we tend to what feels most pressing for you.

I offer psychotherapy to adults of all ages and work with individuals navigating experiences of anxiety, depression, trauma (childhood, complex, identity-based, intergenerational), interpersonal relationship struggles, life transitions, creativity,  postpartum, socioeconomic stress & low-income related experiences, and I offer affirming identity exploration & development.

I keep in mind that interlocking systems of oppression affect all of us and enforce definitions of self and wellbeing that attempt to make many bodies, ways of living, and relationships unwell. With this, I believe it's imperative not to assume or essentialize experiences of marginalization or privilege and to hold you as the expert of your own unfolding process.
