Deanna Ingle
LCSW | Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve been carrying a lot on your own. You might feel stuck in patterns that leave you unsure of yourself, your relationships, or your direction. You may notice a sense of disconnection from yourself or your life. In our work together, my goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and not alone in navigating those experiences.
I’m Deanna Ingle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Trauma and Resilience Practitioner, licensed in both Pennsylvania and North Carolina. I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens in connection. I view therapy as a shared process where we move at your pace, exploring your experiences with curiosity and care. Together, we will begin to understand the patterns that shape how you think, feel, and relate to others, while also building practical tools to help you feel more steady, confident, and aligned in your day-to-day life.
I draw from a person-centered and strengths-based perspective, integrating narrative and interpersonal approaches to support deeper self-understanding and meaningful change. I also incorporate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills to help you develop skills for managing emotions, navigating relationships, and responding to challenges in more intentional ways.
My background includes work in nonprofit settings, inpatient psychiatric assessment, and supporting survivors of domestic violence. These experiences have shaped my ability to meet clients with compassion across a wide range of life circumstances. I aim to create a space where you can show up fully as yourself, explore what matters most to you, and begin to build a life that feels more connected and authentic.
