MFT | Marriage & Family Therapist (In Supervision toward licensure)

Thank you for being here!

My approach to therapy is based on the belief that every person has the strength and resilience within them to overcome challenges and create change in their lives. By exploring the stories we tell ourselves and others about our experiences, we can gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and our relationships. Through this process we can create new narratives that empower us to live more fulfilling lives.

I am a systemically-trained therapist with a gentle but authentic and down-to-earth style. I draw most from Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). It is essential, to me, to have an anti-capitalist lens and consider how systemic oppression interacts with clients' identities and experiences. I have experience and interest in working with couples/relationships, individuals, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, trauma, neurodivergence, and the LGBTQIA+ community.

Together, we will co-create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be your true self, explore your experiences, and achieve your goals. If you are ready to embark on a therapy journey, I would be honored to support you on your path! Feel free to reach out and let's connect to explore if we are a good fit. A profile alone cannot fully convey myself as a therapist and an individual!
