Every day life can be challenging and sometimes hard to navigate on our own. As your advocate and partner, I will actively support you as you learn to work through challenges more effectively, and improve your overall sense of well-being. I am passionate about my work as a therapist and I am deeply committed to helping people make positive changes in their lives. You deserve to be seen, heard, and given a space to authentically express yourself.

I have experience working with a variety of individuals, particularly teens and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma symptoms, binge eating, and navigating daily life stressors. I am here to help you create healthy boundaries, improve communication skills, and build resilience. I have also worked closely with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community. 

My approach to therapy is collaborative, utilizing a holistic view based on your individual needs. Treatment modalities that I often utilize in therapy include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered, Psychoanalytic and psychoeducation practices. With this approach, we will examine how your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions are connected, and how these patterns have been shaped or changed over time. 

In therapy, my goal is to provide a warm and safe environment for you to be able to feel comfortable and be your most authentic self. I hope to create a positive therapeutic relationship through honesty, open communication, empathy, and humor in session. Together, we will create individualized goals that utilize your strengths and build upon your skills. 

I am offering in person (West Chester) and telehealth sessions.
