Being human can be confusing, overwhelming and painful.  Despite this predicament, I believe therapy can help shed the feeling of a constricted life and achieve an authentic and empowered sense of self. Through a collaborative and compassion-centered approach, I aim to help hold in a non-judgmental space the challenging parts of life and encourage next steps in your journey.  The technique I use most often is trauma-sensitive mindfulness combined with concepts and methods from CBT, DBT and MI while applying lenses such as attachment, familial, cultural, generational and that of global systems.

I match those working with grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity or relationships challenges, those who might identify with bipolar, ADHD or OCD tendencies, and those suffering from addiction or out-of-control behavior.  I provide gender-affirming care and aim to support LGBTQ folx.   I welcome conversation when relevant around most topics including sex, culture, politics, justice, religion and the environment.

In my off-time, I enjoy spending time with my parents, siblings and their families.  I live in West Chester and often walk or run the town or the surrounding nature.  I play and work on music, belong to a sketch club and love the arts.  I practice and teach meditation and yoga poses as well as had a previous career in technology as a software engineer.
