Hi, I’m Kate! I’m a holistic and emotion-focused therapist who takes a creative and compassionate approach to healing. I specialize in helping individuals process and integrate difficult experiences in ways that feel safe and empowering.

In my work, I often incorporate Trauma Art Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My primary areas of focus include PTSD, C-PTSD, domestic abuse, and interpersonal trauma. I have a wide array of experience supporting clients through mood disorders, anxiety, substance use, ADHD, and familial and relational conflict.

As both a counselor and trained art therapist, sessions with me might include a mix of structured check-ins, art-making, verbal processing, mindfulness, skills practice, psychoeducation, and client-led exploration—whatever best fits your needs and comfort level. I bring warmth, humor, and curiosity into the therapeutic space, always meeting you where you are.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy embroidery, painting, and drawing. I have 2 cats, Jinx and Ruby, who may occasionally make an appearance in Telehealth sessions.

I accept Aetna, Cigna, & IBX insurances and can meet virtually or in-person in West Chester.
