LAPC | Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (In Supervision toward Clinical Licensure)

You’re not here because everything is fine. You’re here because something feels off, and it’s exhausting to keep pretending otherwise.

Maybe you're feeling anxious, going through a breakup, or trying to adjust after something big like divorce, illness, or infertility. Whatever you're facing is hard, and I you don't have to go through it alone.

I work with individuals and couples during times of transition. This includes relationship issues, grief, health challenges, and major life changes. I also support those adjusting to life after cancer whether you’ve been through treatment yourself or cared for someone who has.

My approach is warm and collaborative. I draw from psychodynamic, person-centered, Gestalt, and CBT methods, along with mindfulness tools. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface while also building practical ways to move forward with more clarity and strength.

Therapy shouldn’t feel like another stressor. I offer in-person and virtual sessions that are flexible and easy to access.

I look forward to working with you via telehealth or in-person in Northern Liberties.

I accept Aetna, Cigna, Highmark, & IBX insurances.
