I believe that you are the expert on your own life and together, we will work to identify what has you feeling stuck and find creative solutions that fit your needs.

The therapeutic relationship in itself is a useful tool and I work to foster this relationship through building trust, safety, honesty, open communication and humor. I utilize an eclectic approach based on your needs, and work to understand the systemic influences that may impact you in order to offer a holistic approach. Modalities I often utilize include Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, psychoeducation and mindfulness practices.

I enjoy assisting people in changing their harmful thought patterns, improving their communication skills, learning how to care for themselves, identifying and tolerating their difficult emotions and tapping into the strengths they already have to live a life that's worth living.
