I am a Licensed Master of Social Work with a passion to encourage and empower the potential that others see in themselves. I believe that everyone is inherently valuable and should be treated with dignity and respect. I have experience working with folx from many walks of life including addiction, depression, anxiety, OCD, relationship issues, and grief. I work from the mindset of listening first and then posing thoughtful questions to aid in gaining insight and understanding.
Building trust is critical to the therapeutic relationship; I am ready to walk alongside you in whatever season you may be in as long as you'll have me. You are very brave for taking the first step.
