I'm Melissa, a neurodivergent Licensed Therapist and ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider. I bring both professional training and personal understanding to my work because I live with ADHD too. I specialize in guiding adults with ADHD from feelings of shame and self-doubt toward self-acceptance and building success that's truly sustainable.

As a dedicated psychotherapist, I believe in the transformative power of genuine connection and collaboration. My approach to therapy is interactive, empathetic, and supportive. I view the therapeutic journey as a creative process we navigate together as partners.

I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely explore your challenges, needs, and goals. I deeply believe in the inherent strength within each person, and my role is to help you discover and harness that strength throughout your journey of self-discovery. In our sessions, we'll cultivate an atmosphere of acceptance and safety, working toward greater self-awareness, emotional comfort, and more fulfilling relationships.

My therapeutic approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I specialize in working with ADHD, ASD, anxiety, depression, trauma, boundary setting, and social anxiety. Through collaboration, we'll work to improve your relationships, manage stress, regulate emotions, and explore core beliefs while honoring your neurodivergent experience. Through our work together, you'll learn to work with your brain rather than against it, building practical skills for life's challenges while pursuing healing and growth toward a more fulfilling, authentic life.

I accept Aetna, Cigna, Highmark, United/Optum, Quest, & IBX insurances.
