Opportunities to Join RWWC
River Wards Wellness Collective has open positions for qualified Outpatient Therapists to provide individual, couples and/or family counseling in Philadelphia and surrounding areas. We have offices in Fishtown, Society Hill, Northern Liberties, West Chester and Cherry Hill. Our therapists are committed to providing quality, affordable care to members of our community. Our mission is to de-stigmatize insurance-based mental health services; clients do not need to pay private pay rates for quality care.
We value our clinicians and seek applicants who are committed to providing high-quality counseling to our community. We have a strong focus on clinical development and training with our licensed and unlicensed therapists. To support a learning environment, we provide a supportive, inclusive growth environment through:
-Group supervision opportunities throughout the week
-Individual supervision towards licensure for full-time clinicians (billing more than 20+ hours per week)
-A Training and Development Coach to support our clinicians for the first 90 days and beyond as they transition into our practice
-Weekly Professional Development Class that supports our clinicians in transitioning into a group practice after grad school or in other practice environments, focusing on growing a caseload, developing a schedule, client retention, etc. to prevent burnout and provide quality care to the clients.
