Therapy should be as real and vibrant as you are; A way to find your best self and discover your truth.

My therapeutic approach isn't just about 'fixing' a struggle; it’s about thriving. Whether you are navigating family conflict or searching for your life’s purpose, our work together is grounded in trauma-informed care and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). But we don’t just stay in our heads - I bring therapy to life through art, writing, tarot, and crafting. Together, we’ll channel your passion into a voice that is uniquely yours, building the resilience you need to live a life filled with meaning and lasting change.

Specialties

● Teens and Young Adults: The teens I work best with are the ones asking big questions, pushing against expectations, and struggling to fit in - whether that’s around identity, gender, sexuality, family conflict, friendships, or a school culture that just doesn’t feel right. These are the teens who often feel “too much” or “too different,” but who are carrying incredible insight and passion inside.

● Parents: When kids struggle, parents struggle too. I am here to help parents navigate their role when children have behaviors rooted in anxiety, depression, and big emotions; things like self-harm, anxious avoidance, family conflict, and trauma. You want to be the best parent you can be to help your child. I’m here with practical strategies and support every step of the way.

● Spiritual Wellness: Whether you are recovering from a religious trauma or seeking a new spiritual path, it helps to have a guide who “speaks the language.” With a background in Jewish, Christian and feminist goddess traditions, I help seekers navigate their way toward a healthy, empowered relationship with spirituality and purpose.
