I am here to provide a safe space for you to come as you are - a compassionate space for self-exploration and discovery. We inevitably encounter ups and downs throughout our lives and navigating adversity can be challenging. I believe we all have the courage to explore our inner worlds with the ultimate goal of reaching our full potential.

Trust is so important in therapy, which is why I prioritize building a strong therapeutic connection that is free of judgment. I utilize an integrated approach to therapy that is primarily influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we will examine your world - thoughts, behaviors, emotions - and how they contribute to your current experiences. I am also experienced in delivering Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to address and reduce symptoms of OCD. Whatever your goals may be, I am here to assist in gaining insight, building resilience, and learning necessary skills to improve your day-to-day life. 

I’m excited to see if we are a good fit for therapy. Much of my experience is with teens, young adults, and parents. I encourage you to reach out if you are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD or OCD and if you’re having difficulty with life transitions including pregnancy, postpartum and parenthood, navigating relationships, balancing responsibilities, or general life stress.
