All parts of you are welcome here.

Opening up to someone new is a vulnerable experience, especially if you’ve felt misunderstood or alone in what you’re carrying. My intention is to provide a space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or shrink yourself. A space where your story is heard and your experience makes sense.

Here, we can slow down and begin to untangle what feels overwhelming. Together, we might look at the thoughts that keep looping, the patterns that feel hard to break, the parts of you that feel stuck or unsure, or the loneliness or disconnection that keeps showing up. Our time together follows what feels most meaningful to you. We move at your pace, making sense of things one thread at a time.

I describe my therapeutic approach as warm and collaborative. I draw from cognitive-behavioral and systems perspectives, which means I am paying attention to how relationships, identity, culture, and the environments we move through shape the way we think, feel, and respond.

From there, I integrate a range of therapeutic modalities to help meet your unique needs and goals. Together, we can build insight and valuable skills that support change in ways that feel intentional and sustainable!

Modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-informed Approaches, Narrative Therapy, Geek-centered Therapy, and Feminist Therapy.

Areas of Interest: Depression and Mood Disorders; Anxiety; Trauma; Sexual Trauma; Grief; Life Transitions; Relationship Challenges (including Attachment, Communication, and Intimacy); Cultural and Societal Stress; Self-Esteem and Self-Empowerment; Gaming-related Concerns; Late-Diagnosed ADHD and/or Autism in Adulthood; LGBTQIA+-Affirming Care; Neurodiversity-Affirming Care
