Taking the step to start counseling is a powerful investment in yourself. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, or simply looking to better understand yourself, therapy can provide a supportive space to create meaningful change. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is an important part of the healing process, and my goal is to help you feel understood and empowered throughout therapy by providing support aligned with your values and goals.

My approach to counseling is collaborative. Through our work together, I will support you by actively listening to what you share, asking questions to build insight, validating your experiences and identities, noticing patterns, and sharing practical tools and resources. Because therapy is not one-size-fits-all, I value open communication and will regularly check in to ensure our sessions are meeting your needs. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel supported and empowered to bring meaningful change into your daily life.

Specialties & Areas of Experience:

I welcome teens and adults from all backgrounds and life experiences. I am here to support you through the unique challenges you are facing, with a strong foundation of experience helping clients navigate:

● Depression & Anxiety

● ADHD

● Life transitions, Adjustment, & Identity exploration

● Career & Academic stress

● Relationship challenges

● Self-esteem challenges

I use an integrative approach, meaning that I tailor therapy to each individual’s unique needs. I most frequently draw from:

● Person-Centered Therapy (PCT): I bring warmth and unconditional support to every session. You are the expert on your own life, and our sessions and goals are client-led.

● Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): We will explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence one another. This often looks like asking open-ended questions, identifying thought patterns where you may be feeling stuck, setting goals, and building practical skills you can apply in all areas of your life.

● Gestalt Therapy: I emphasize awareness of your experiences within the here-and-now, including feelings and reactions to the process of therapy itself and how the therapeutic relationship itself contributes to insight and meaningful growth.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy running, watching Philly sports teams, and creative writing.

I accept Aetna, Cigna, & IBX insurances.
