Existential Dread in the 21st Century
Starting Mid-March and running through May 26th
Many people today are carrying a sense of existential unease—feelings of overwhelm, disconnection, or quiet dread that can come from living in a fast-moving, uncertain world. If you find yourself grappling with big questions about meaning, safety, or the future, or feeling alone in these thoughts, this therapeutic group offers a supportive and welcoming space to slow down and reflect together. You don’t need to have the right words or answers—just a willingness to show up and be human alongside others.
This group will offer support for navigating existential anxiety and emotional fatigue, while also exploring healthier ways to engage with news, media, and constant information. Together, we’ll focus on finding balance between staying aware and staying well, reconnecting with personal values, and building a sense of grounding and connection in daily life. This group may be a good fit for adults who feel overwhelmed by the state of the world, struggle with hopelessness or isolation, or are seeking thoughtful connection and support while living in uncertain times.
